Bylaws
Bylaws refer to the regulations and rules established by our Representative Council. These Bylaws determine the rights and obligations of our members and elected positions. Bylaws provide a framework for the operation and management of our association. These Bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the representatives at any regular or special meeting of the Representative Council. Our Bylaws are the "What we do."
Standing Rules
Standing Rules refer to the guidelines that outline the details of our association's administration. They are used to establish procedures for specific tasks and ensure the orderly transfer of duties from one elected position to another. These Standing Rules may be amended by a majority vote of the Executive Board members at any regular or special meeting of the board. Our Standing Rules are the "How we do, what we do."
