Dues are deducted each month as set forth in Article 8.4 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Membership and Agency Fee.

For membership, please sign the form and return it to the CNTA office.

* Will receive a document entitled “Hudson Notice” from CTA, which explains how to request a rebate for that portion of the dues which does not reflect representational fees.
